The City Council will be filling 5 seats on November 8th this year; 3 four-year terms and 2 two-year terms. Those interested in becoming a Council Member are required to collect the signatures of at least 50 voters registered in the City of Owosso in order to qualify for the ballot. All City Council candidate petitions must be turned in to the City Clerk's Office no later than 4:00pm August 2, 2016.
