4. Set Public Hearing. Set a public hearing for
Tuesday, January 20, 2004 to receive citizen comment regarding requested
street closure of the undeveloped portion of Howard Street between the
closed portion of Division Street and Pond Street (now named Howard

Owosso, Shiawassee County, Michigan.
