2004-08. Conduct a public hearing to receive citizen comment
regarding Resolution No. 3 for Special Assessment District No. 2004-08
for Hickory Street from Stratford Drive to North Street for street
reconstruction.

2004-06. Authorize Resolution No. 4 and set a public hearing for
March 15, 2004 to receive public input regarding the assessment roll for
Special Assessment District No. 2004-06 for Walnut Street from South
Street to Francis Street for street reconstruction.

Authorize payment for emergency repair of the centrifuge rotating
