repair of the water department’s Mueller C1-36 water main drill/tap
machine by The Mueller Co. in an amount not to exceed $8,000.00.

MAGNET Grant Award. Consider acceptance of a grant
award for the MAGNET drug team from the State of Michigan Department of
Community Health Office of Drug Control Policy in the amount of
$44,500.00, with matching funds of $44,500.00, and authorize the Mayor
and City Clerk to execute necessary documents.

Service Agreement. Consider service agreement with Consumers Energy
to provide power to the Osburn Lakes Residential Subdivision Lift
Station.
