Each person wishing to

citizen comments and one opportunity of up to two (2) minutes
duration during each public hearing. Comments made during public
hearings shall be relevant to the subject for which the public
hearings are held.

1. Ordinance
Amendment. Conduct a public hearing to receive citizen comment
regarding proposed ordinance amendments to Chapter 2, Administration,
Article VII, Employees’ Municipal Pension, Sections 2-403,
Board of trustees, and Section 2-204, Trustees’ term of
office—oath, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Owosso,
Michigan.
