ordinance amendments to Chapter 34, Utilities and Service, by adding
Article VII, Gas Franchise, to the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Owosso, Michigan as it relates to franchise agreement with Consumers
Energy.

Authorize Resolution No. 1 setting a public hearing for December 20,

incurred in the altering, repairing, tearing down, abating or removing
of hazards and nuisances.

city’s $750,000 Community Development Block Grant Application for the
Hotel Owosso project.

(purchase order) for asphalt pavement to Spartan Asphalt by $21,610.39
