citizen comments and one opportunity of up to two (2) minutes
duration during each public hearing. Comments made during public
hearings shall be relevant to the subject for which the public

and Set Public Hearing-Ordinance Amendment.
Conduct First Reading and set a public hearing for May 16, 2005 to
receive citizen comment regarding proposed ordinance amendment to
Chapter 19, Offenses, Article III, Offenses Against the Person,
Section 19-46, Assault and Battery, of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Owosso, Michigan.

of a steel overhead door for the Public Works Department Salt Barn in
