Department Overview

The City Treasurer’s Office receives all money collected for the city.  These items include property taxes, special assessments, water and sewer
billings, invoices and parking lease payments.  The general City Information Desk is also located with-
in this office.  The city employee retirement system is administered through this office. The Owosso Historical Commission may
be contacted here as well.
