The Owosso Downtown Development Authority / Main Street Board will be holding a special meeting Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 7:15 am at 121 West Exchange Street, Owosso, Michigan (next to the bookstore) for the purpose of conducting Main Street Board Member training. The public is welcome to attend.
