The Owosso City Council will conduct a Public Hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting Monday, August 5, 2024 at approximately 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, on the lower level of the Owosso City Hall, at 301 W. Main Street. The purpose of the hearing is to receive citizen comment on the application to the USDA Rural Development Community Facilities Grant Program for assistance in purchasing three new police vehicles for the operation of the Public Safety Department.
