A special meeting of the City Council will be held Monday, March 31, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in the lower level Community Room in the Armory, 215 N. Water Street, Owosso. The purpose of this meeting will be to receive an educational presentation regarding the City's recent utility rate study and answer questions from the public.
