The City Council of the City of Owosso shall conduct a public hearing on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Owosso City Hall Council Chambers, 301 West Main Street, Owosso, Michigan to receive public comment regarding the proposed addition of Sec. 33-54, Unpaid parking violations, to Chapter 33, Traffic and Motor Vehicles, Article III, Parking, stopping and standing, Division 2, Parking violations bureau, to allow the City to tow the vehicle of repeat offenders with unpaid tickets. This Ordinance may be purchased or inspected in the City Clerk’s Office Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or viewed using the following link: Ordinance Amendment, Chapter 33, Traffic and Motor Vehicles, adding Section 33-54.
