All assets of the City of Owosso Employees Retirement System (COERS) were transferred to the Municipal Employees Retirement System of Michigan (MERS) in 2020.  All investment activities related to City pensions are administered by MERS, and the COERS Board of Trustees was dissolved as of October 1, 2020.
