The Owosso City Clerk's Office will be open this Saturday, July 30, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to allow citizens to register to vote and obtain AV ballots for the August 2nd primary election. Voters are asked to enter the building using the Water Street entrance.
