NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Owosso will conduct the early counting of absentee ballots for the November 5, 2024 Election as follows:

Times: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Number of Election: AVCB #1 = 5
Inspectors AVCB #2 = 5
Counting will continue on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at a time to be determined by the Clerk in light of remaining returns. The location and number of election inspectors shall remain the same.
A maximum of two challengers per credentialing organization are permitted at this facility. Subject to the total number of credentialing organizations wishing to be present at the facility, this number may be reduced to one challenger per organization to prevent hindrance of the counting process and maintain the right of challengers to be present.
