The Owosso City Clerk's Office will be open on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 9:00am - 5:00pm for the purpose of registering voters and issuing absentee ballots. Please enter the building using the Water Street entrance and proceed to the Clerk's Office on the first floor.
Please note: Services are restricted to election related matters only, no other City-related business will be transacted.
