The Owosso City Council will conduct a Public Hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting Tuesday, September 2, 2025 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the lower level of the Owosso City Hall at 301 W. Main Street. The purpose of the hearing is to receive citizen comment on the proposal to move the City of Owosso boundary with Owosso Charter Township at Palmer Avenue 33’ east to reflect the 1987 Shiawassee County Road Commission resolution granting jurisdiction of Palmer Avenue to the City of Owosso.
