City Clerks Office - Extra Hours

The Owosso City Clerk's Office will be open on Saturday, August 1, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. to accept registration applications and applications for absentee ballots.  

Please note:  No additional offices will be open that day.
