The Owosso City Council will hold a town hall meeting on Monday, March 31, 2025, in the Community Room in the basement of the Owosso Armory at 215 N. Water Street beginning at 6:30 p.m.

This meeting is to receive a presentation on the recent utility rate study and answer questions from the public.
