Special meeting of the Owosso City Council to receive an educational presentation on utility system needs and discuss the rates necessary to fund those projects.

Due to anticipated interest, this meeting will be held at the Owosso Public School Performing Arts Center.  Doors will open at 5: 30 p.m.
